Returns

Bras: All unworn and unaltered bras may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. There will be a $7 restocking fee for refunds to the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
Underwear + Gift Cards: Please note that all underwear and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
 
Returns: To initiate a return within 30 days of your purchase, submit a request to support@shopwherewithal.com with your name, the email used at check out, your order number and your reason for return.

Exchanges: We are working on a seamless exchange experience, but for now if you want to exchange your bra for a different size please send us an email to support@shopwherewithal.com. Kindly note, we will waive the restocking fee for any exchanges made prior to returning the original bra.

Returns Processing: Please allow our team 5 business days to answer your request. Once processed, you will then receive a Wherewithal return label directly to your email. Kindly note, returns can only be made using a Wherewithal return label. Our return label includes specific information about your order that allows us to process your return quickly and ensure you receive any refunds due. Wherewithal is not responsible for missing return packages. We highly recommend getting a receipt for your return drop off as proof of return postage. 
 
What if I have returns from multiple orders? If you are returning multiple orders, each order will need to be returned in a separate box, using the unique label assigned for that order. This will ensure that the returns are processed correctly and timely. Please reuse the original packaging to help reduce waste.

When will I receive my refund? Returns are processed on Tuesdays and Thursday. Once we have marked your order as received, please allow 10 business days, plus the nearest Tuesday or Thursday, for the refund to process. We’ll refund your original payment to the original method with the initial purchase amount less the $7 restocking fee. Shipping on all orders is non-refundable.

Wherewithal Guarantee: We stand behind every piece we sell. If the product you ordered is damaged, please report it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will replace or refund it for free.
