When will I receive my refund? Once we’ve received and processed your return, we’ll refund your original payment method with the initial purchase amount less the cost of shipping. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to process. Shipping on all orders is non-refundable.
How do I make a return? To initiate a return, email visit our Returns Center to receive your free shipping label. Please include your order number, the item you're returning, and reason for return. Kindly note, returns can only be made using a Wherewithal return label. Our return label includes specific information about your order that allows us to process your return quickly and ensure you receive any refunds due. Wherewithal is not responsible for missing return packages. We highly recommend getting a receipt for your return drop off as proof of return postage.
What if I have returns from multiple orders? If you are returning multiple orders, each order will need to be returned in a separate box, using the unique label assigned for that order. This will ensure that the returns are processed correctly and timely. We encourage you to reuse the original packaging to help reduce waste!

If you would like to exchange your Wherewithal bra, please return the original item(s) for a full refund on the product(s) purchased and you can place a new order.
