Risk-Free Bra Shopping: Free Shipping and Unlimited Exchanges until you find your perfect Wherewithal Bra Size.

Need a new bra size? We now offer exchanges! 

Complete the Return Form to request an exchange. Let us know whether you need a band size larger or smaller, or a cup size larger or smaller. We will then send you a return label to ship your original bra back. Once received to our warehouse, we will send out your new size.

Want to return your bra altogether? 

All unworn and unaltered bras may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please complete the Return Form to request a return label. Returns can only be made using a Wherewithal return label. Kindly note: in order to provide free shipping and unlimited size exchanges, there is a $7 restocking fee when returning the bra altogether. There will be a $7 restocking fee for refunds to the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

When will I receive my refund? Please allow 10 business days to receive your refund after we have received your original bra. We’ll refund your original payment to the original method with the initial purchase amount less the $7 restocking fee. Shipping on all orders is non-refundable.

What if I have returns from multiple orders? If you are returning multiple orders, each order will need to be returned in a separate box, using the unique label assigned for that order. This will ensure that the returns are processed correctly and timely. Please reuse the original packaging to help reduce waste.

Wherewithal Guarantee: We stand behind every piece we sell. If the product you ordered is damaged, please report it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will replace or refund it for free.

Wherewithal is not responsible for missing return packages. We highly recommend getting a receipt for your return drop off as proof of return postage.
